There is a GEV Top Up Charger at my apartment block an/or workplace how do I get access?
- Contact the management company / facilities department at your location
- They will issue you with an access card if appropriate and then follow the steps below, unless otherwise instructed

If you are not sure what kind of GEV Top Up charger is at your location, download our app, and you will be able to see if it is part of our public network. If it is not there, contact management at your location, as they will control access to the charger.
