SEAI Community Grants – these grants are available annually for communities looking to make their spaces more energy efficient and greener. They are available for the installation of EV chargers. To find out more visit the SEAI here.
Homeowner grants are not available for this product. We would recommend if you are homeowner looking to install a charger at your home, please visit our GEV Technologies Home page, for more information on charging solutions for you. These solutions are eligible for the SEAI grant. Or fill out our contact form and one of our expert team will be in touch.

Access cards are issued to GEV Top Up users for private chargers in multi-home developments or in private business car parks. Please see facilities management or residents association for card to have a card issued to you.
Access cards are not available for our general public chargers. In this case please register for your GEV Top UP account and/or download our app at the Apple App Store or Google Pay.
You can then use your debit/credit card to pay for your charge and access the charger.
In the case of some hotels, and other semi-public locations they may use access cards, please see reception or staff on site for assistance. The signage beside/on the charge point should provide instruction.
This is an electronic card that fits neatly on your keyring and calls up your account each time you want to charge. Your credit card will be registered on your account and so it will allow you to pay for charging without using your credit card, where necessary (not all chargers require payment such as home chargers where our customers use GEVTopUP).
Chargers
All our multiuser charger options are smart devices. They are compatible with all models of EV currently available on the Irish EV market. They meet international safety and security standards.

Once you have your card you can:
Create/login in to your GEV Top Up Access Card
Select Access Card in the drop down menu
Follow the step by step instructions here.
You need to contact the issuer of your original card and they will send you along a new one. Once you have it you can activate it here.
